What are your preferred uranium equities these days? Any thoughts on holding URA for a longer timeframe? I'm not sure if it experiences decay like say UNG or BOIL for natural gas (which has killed me in the past).
My largest position is in the Sprott Physical Uranium Trust. I also own EnCore Energy, Denison Mines, NexGen, Global Atomic and UR-Energy (which I recently initiated, and haven’t written about yet). URA is fine, URNM is better as it’s more of a pure play. There is no decay on those, but they have income tax liability from capital gains and also pay out a dividend at YE which can lead to some volatility, as they sell the underlying stocks to fund those obligations.
Thanks for the update again Saad. I am down a lot since the May highs, so I needed to hear this!
Definitely not easy when the market tells you you're wrong every day.
